Here’s two photos taken not too far apart.
One is a “before” and the other is an “after,” about fifteen minutes apart.

of bad water quality flowing into
the River of Grass from the L-28
Turns out the one that is “after” (below) …
Was actually what the “before” (above) looked like three decades back.
|Just to the east, this expanse|
of the River of Grass is good for
now, but there are concerns that
the cattail plume could spread
if nothing is done
The goal is to put water quality measures in place …
So the “after” (bottom) doesn’t look like the “before” (top).
Okay, now that I cleared that up.
