Close, but no cigar…this is a boa constrictor killed in a prescribed burn at the Deering Estate at Cutler, not a python in the Everglades. In other words, this is a completely different population of invasive giant constrictors established as a result of the pet trade…any bets on how many more will pop up in S. FL given the existing level of trade?
