Fay missed us all together up here in the Tampa Bay area strangely enough. We were desperate for some rain and it crossed the state below us and above (when it came back across the state) but we only got sprinkles. I guess we would have been glad about that had she been a bad hurricane.
The answer makes sense. I like to have both and I can actually see the benefits of both right here on my little plot of earth.
