How cold is Belgium?
Put it this way, it’s warmer that it deserves (latitudinally speaking).

Or in Florida friendly terms:
The Gulf Stream.
It delivers a steady stream of Florida heated water to its coast, boosting temperatures and atmospheric moisture.
That being said, nobody would describe Belgium as “hot and humid.”
“Damp and cold” is the rule instead …
With one caveat:
Air conditioning is a rare exception (both in cars and elsewhere).
