Interesting. I'm finally starting to understand the lay of the land and water down there a little bit. I watched the National Park series and saw that the difference between the Everglades and a swamp was that the water actually flows in the Everglades. "sheet flow", I presume. That somehow made it all come together for me, since I've seen water flowing in your blog videos, through what I thought were mere "swamps." Between your blog and that blip from the series, I'm starting to "get it."
