It is the humidity. When you can't count on shade it makes it that much hotter.
W2W: For the right price I'm sure he'd at least consider a Florida bid. He's an excellent mason with a real eye for detail and custom brick work (also block and stone, pavers, the works) and, if you can believe it, he is a one-man crew. That makes him more travel friendly than the ordinary mason.
