Sort of a bummer to think:
The swamp’s water cycle has peaked
and is now on a multi-month slide downhill.

So too has the continental fall foliage peaked.
From this point forward everything will be turning brown.

Just as winter eases over the continent, thus ending the spell of fall, the weather pattern in south Florida is just hitting its prime. Day after day we have been treated to deliciously crisp and clear (but not too cold) autumnal air. Well deserved too after our five to six month summer stretch. (Sorry about the winter thing up north!)
