Thanks for all your comments. This is a function of global positioning being closer to the equator, not water or weather specific. And yes, dawn and dusk would both be quicker. And both are fastest during the fall and autumn solstice. I will have to dig a little deeper into this one. It’s yet again another interesting aspect of the seasons to keep track of.
