The humidity really makes a huge difference. We live 2000 feet above sea level–so our temperatures seldom go into the 90’s –even in summer. BUT–when we are in the 80’s with alot of humidity—it can feel like the 90’s for sure.
My oldest son lives in Vegas now (moved there in Nov)—and when I talked to him a few days ago, he said it was about 102 degrees out there YET it didn’t feel that hot. Like you said, it was because of almost no humidity…
Yes—we always need a sensible combination of the two.
