We all know that the water cycle goes around in circles.
Turns out sometimes hydrologists do too.
Here’s a video of me walking from a marl prairie into a cypress dome and then back out again.
You can’t walk far this time of year: the water’s too deep for one — over 2 feet deep in the dome and around a foot in the prairie, plus it’s hot.
The mosquitoes, surprisingly, weren’t bad.
